Supported Housing - Case Study

SectorGuard provide security personnel for four Single Homeless Project sites.

Their main reasons for using a security company are:

• To provide extra cover for the concierge overnight
• They don’t have the budget for a fully qualified carer.

They like doing business with SectorGuard because we are responsive to queries.  They like the fact that if they are not happy with a member of staff the response is quick, and they can effectively try staff out. We respond positively and do not argue over issues. There is a willingness to find a workaround to ensure they get the result they want.

They like the regular meetings with managers. Unit Managers like the fact that our Area Manager knows their site, and knows what they want.

We have found them staff who fit in as part of the team and who even attend team days.
