Workplace Heroes

At SectorGuard we encourage all our employees to contribute to the success of our business by coming up with constructive ideas.  Whether for the benefit of our clients’ or our own business, these ideas help us to deliver outstanding levels of customer service.

We also encourage employees to go ‘above and beyond’ their stated roles in the interests of ‘delighting’ both our clients and their customers and stakeholders.

We celebrate as ‘Workplace Heroes’ those who contribute in these ways and also staff who have achieved success in their personal lives.

The following employees have recently received 'Employee of the Quarter' awards:

• Shahid Mahmood - Shahid's excellent work was reported on BBC's Crimewatch as he thwarted a theft on his assignment in London.
• Rodney Utting for his work at MFI in Northampton.
• Babatunde Ogunyinka who was nominated by Furzedown Hall.
• George Pace who works at Lincoln Castings, for his actions in saving the client from considerable losses.
