All applicants are required to complete a comprehensive application form supplying full details of previous education, previous periods of employment and/or unemployment, criminal records, medical history, personal references and all relevant personal details. Before any application can even be considered, proof of identification, work permits (if applicable), I.D. type photographs, discharge papers (if applicable) and proofs of qualifications and/or education qualifications are required.

Our entire recruitment process has been refined and developed over the past five years as the group has grown and complies fully with, or exceeds, the industry guidelines enshrined in the codes of practice and British Standard BS7858, 1996.

The remuneration package offered to our officers is at the top end of the industry scale. In addition to the basic rate of pay and bonus schemes, all officers receive their entitlement to holiday, sick leave, parental leave and pension provision. In a ground-breaking scheme we also offer all full-time employees share options in the company. This share option scheme makes all employees stakeholders in the company's future which as well as improving staff retention rates has also increased staff awareness of the consequence of their actions with regard to client satisfaction.
