This is a highly fragmented business area, and we achieve our goals through the combination of organic growth combined with acquisitions which meet stringent pre-selected criteria.
The organic growth is achieved through ongoing investment in both our employees and our systems allowing us to achieve high retention rates of both staff and clients. We spend a higher proportion of our turnover on training and development than any other similar business in the UK.
Since flotation on AIM in March 2002 we have completed a number of acquisitions which have added significantly to our turnover and profitability. Equally importantly, they have each brought first class personnel to the business, who have all shown flexibility and vision in adapting successfully to the SectorGuard culture, i.e. the long term development of the business through the establishment of long term client relationships.
