A. Look on the website under "Investor Relations - Annual Reports" for a soft copy or contact Head Office to receive a hard copy.

Q. How do I register to receive notification of announcements?

A. Look on the website under "Investor Relations - Registration" to receive email notification of company announcements.

Q. How do I get my share certificate?

A. Contact Capita Registrars at The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4TU.

Q. Am I entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting?

A. Only if you are a shareholder and you fulfil the conditions given in note 4 of the Notice of Meeting in the Annual Report.

Q. I am a share holder and I have lost my Proxy Form. Can I get hold of another copy?

A. Of course. Please contact Head Office and a replacement will be posted to you.
